1. The refund offer, extended for Labor Day

Our « 1 in 50 orders refunded » offer is extended through Monday, September 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time), for orders shipped to the United States only.

On Monday, every 50th eligible US order — counted in order of purchase from Monday 12:00 AM (Pacific Time) — is refunded in full: products, shipping and taxes included. No code, no sign-up, nothing to activate.

Refunds are processed after the offer ends, within 7 days (by September 14, 2026 at the latest), to the original payment method. Orders placed from September 1 to September 6 follow the original offer terms (all countries, ended Sunday September 6 at 11:59 PM PT).
