Return and Exchange Policy - Marie Louise Paris

At Marie Louise Paris, we offer you flexible solutions to guarantee your satisfaction:

⚠️🎄All orders placed between November 13 and December 31 will benefit from an extended period of 30 days after the day of receipt of your package to return your order (exchange and/or return).

For example, you order on November 29, you receive your order on December 6, you have until January 6 to send your package to our return warehouse.

1 Free* and simplified exchanges:

  • Exchange any item that doesn't suit you for free.
  • You have 14 days after receipt to exchange.

Eligible countries: France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland*(Switzerland is subject to conditions, contact customer service for more information)

2 Reimbursement:

  • Send us an email to initiate a refund.
  • Refund made within 14 days after inspection of the returned item.
  • Return costs at your expense.

3 Refund in Credit + Bonus of 10€

  • Receive a credit equal to the amount of your purchase plus a bonus of €10.
  • Return costs at your expense.

4 Conservation Option with Partial Credit (valid only once)

  • Keep the item and receive a credit for 70% of its price.
  • Have immediately available.

5 Refund in Credit (return costs at our expense)

  • Receive a credit equal to the amount of your purchase.
  • Return costs to be borne by Marie Louise Paris, we will create the return label for you.

Gift Items and Promo Codes:

  • Free items must be returned for a full refund.
  • Free gifts with promo code are subject to minimum purchase conditions.
  • By default the value of the item offered will be deducted from your refund.
  • If the customer has benefited from a group offer (Ex: 2 Bras for €100), if he returns part of the items that make up a group offer, the offer will be canceled and the item kept will return to its original price, the difference will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you are unsure whether you should return your gift, please contact our customer service team.

Exceptions:

  • Underwear and gift cards are not eligible for return due to hygiene and policy reasons.

Return, Refund, Exchange Exceptions – Item marked “Final Sale”

In a sustainable approach and to facilitate the flow of stocks of our previous collections, some items are offered at advantageous prices, between -40% and -60%. These items, identifiable by the mention “Final Sale” in their title, are neither refundable nor exchangeable. This policy aims to find them a definitive buyer, while limiting the costs of multiple returns and exchanges, as well as our carbon footprint. Thank you for your understanding and support in this initiative for more responsible consumption.

Return and Exchange Procedure:

  1. Confirm the return by email to info@marielouise-paris.com .
  2. Return the order in its original condition and packaging.
  3. Include your order number in the package and the reason for return (exchange-refund-credit).
  4. Choose a shipping method with tracking.

Returns Processing:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

Noticed :

  • Insure your package during shipping. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • Late returns (after 14 days) will not be refunded.
