In a sustainable approach and to facilitate the flow of stocks of our previous collections, some items are offered at advantageous prices, between -40% and -60%. These items, identifiable by the mention “Final Sale” in their title, are neither refundable nor exchangeable. This policy aims to find them a definitive buyer, while limiting the costs of multiple returns and exchanges, as well as our carbon footprint. Thank you for your understanding and support in this initiative for more responsible consumption.

If it takes us up to 48 hours to respond to your request, don't worry: this time will be taken into account in order to process your refund, as long as the return conditions are respected.
Returns made after the 14 day period, without valid justification, will not be accepted for refund.
