Return and Exchange Policy - MLP

Please contact customer service by email (info@marielouise-paris.com) before returning an item so our team can provide you with the correct return address. Do not send to the head office or to the "sender" address on your package.

🎄Extended return period for the holidays

As part of our special offer, the return period has been temporarily extended. You now have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it. This extension applies only to orders placed between November 28, 2025 and December 14, 2025.

At MLP, we offer flexible solutions to guarantee your satisfaction:

1. Free and simplified exchanges*:

  • Exchange any item that doesn't suit you, free of charge.
  • You have 14 days after receipt to exchange it.
  • We provide you with a free return label.

Eligible countries: France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, Sweden and other EU member states.

2. Refund to Credit Note (Free* and simplified return shipping)

  • Receive a credit equal to the amount of your purchase.
  • We provide you with a free return label.

3. Reimbursement:

  • Send us an email to initiate a refund.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of inspection of the returned item to the payment method used to place the order.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

4. Option to Keep the Account with Partial Credit (valid only once)

  • No need to return the item
  • Receive a credit for 70% of its price.
  • Available immediately.

Gift Items and Promo Codes:

  • The items offered must be returned for a full refund.
  • Free gifts with promo codes are subject to minimum purchase requirements.
  • By default, the value of the gifted item will be deducted from your refund.
  • If the customer has benefited from a bundled offer (e.g., 2 bras for €100), if they return part of the items that make up a bundled offer, the offer will be cancelled and the item kept will revert to its original price; the difference will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you are unsure whether you need to return your gift, please contact our customer service.

Exceptions:

  • Underwear and gift cards are not eligible for return due to hygiene and policy reasons.

Returns, refunds, exchanges – Item marked "Final Sale"

In an effort to promote sustainability and facilitate the clearance of stock from our previous collections, certain items are offered at discounted prices, between 40% and 60% off. These items, identified by the words "Final Sale" in their title, are neither refundable nor exchangeable. This policy aims to find a permanent buyer for each item, while minimizing return and exchange costs, as well as our carbon footprint. Thank you for your understanding and support in this initiative for more responsible consumption.

Return and Exchange Procedure:

  1. Confirm the return by email to info@marielouise-paris.com
  2. Return the order in its original condition and packaging.
  3. Include your order number in the package and the reason for the return (exchange-refund-credit).
  4. Choose a shipping method with tracking.

Returns Processing:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns are processed within 5 to 7 business days after receipt.

Noticed :

  • Insure your package when shipping. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • If it takes us up to 48 hours to respond to your request, don't worry: this time will be taken into account when processing your refund, as long as the return conditions are met.

  • Returns made after the 14-day period, without valid justification, will not be accepted for refund.
