1 Free* and simplified exchanges:

  • Exchange any item that doesn't suit you for free.
  • You have 14 days after receipt to exchange.

Eligible countries: France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland*(Switzerland is subject to conditions, contact customer service for details)

2 Reimbursement:

  • Email us to initiate a refund.
  • Refund made within 14 days after inspection of the returned item.
  • Return costs at your expense.

3 Reimbursement in Credit + €10 Bonus

  • Receive a credit equal to the amount of your purchase plus a €10 bonus.
  • Return costs at your expense.

4 Conservation Option with Partial Credit (valid only once)

  • Keep the item and receive a credit of 70% of its price.
  • Have immediately available.

5 Reimbursement in Credit (return costs at our expense)

  • Receive a credit equal to the amount of your purchase.
  • Return costs payable by Marie Louise Paris, we will create the return label for you.

Gift Items and Promo Codes:

  • Gifted items must be returned for a full refund.
  • Free gifts with promo code are subject to minimum purchase requirements.
  • By default the value of the item offered will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you are unsure whether to return your gift, please contact our customer service team.


  • Underwear and gift cards are not eligible for return due to hygiene and policy reasons.

Return and Exchange Procedure:

  1. Confirm the return by e-mail to .
  2. Return the order in its original condition and packaging.
  3. Include your order number in the package and the reason for the return (exchange-refund-credit).
  4. Choose a shipping method with tracking.

Processing Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns are processed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt.
