Refund Policy

Return, Exchange and Withdrawal Policy - MLP

Before any return, we advise you to contact our customer service at info@marielouise-paris.com to ensure you follow the correct procedures and receive the appropriate return address. (The return address is neither the head office nor the "sender" address on your package.)

 

At MLP, we offer flexible solutions to guarantee your satisfaction:

 

1. Free and simplified exchange

  • Exchange any item that does not suit you for free.
  • You have 30 days after receipt of the package to make an exchange.
  • We provide you with a free return label.

Eligible countries: France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, Sweden and other EU member countries.

2. Refund as a credit note (return shipping costs covered)

  • Receive a credit note equal to the amount of your purchase.
  • You have 30 days after receipt to return your package and obtain a credit note.
  • We provide you with a free return label.

Eligible countries: France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, Sweden and other EU member countries.

3. Option to keep with partial credit note (valid once)

  • No need to return the item.
  • Receive a credit note for 70% of its price.
  • Credit note immediately available.

This option replaces the full monetary refund provided for by the right of withdrawal. If you reside in a European Union country (France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Luxembourg and other member states) and you prefer to be fully refunded to your payment method, you can choose the refund described in section 5.


4. Monetary refund (return shipping costs at your expense)

To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned to us within 14 days:

  • Customers outside the European Union:  14   days from receipt of your order.
  • Customers from the European Union, the EEA (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) and the United Kingdom (right of withdrawal):  14 days from  the declaration of your  withdrawal (see section 5).

Upon receipt of your returned package, we verify that the items have been returned and that they show no depreciation beyond a simple try-on. The refund applies to the items actually returned, to your original payment method.

In the event of depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the item (items worn, washed, soiled, or returned incomplete), the refunded amount is reduced accordingly, potentially leading to refusal of refund if the item is rendered unfit for resale.

The refund occurs within 14 days from receipt of the returned package. Return shipping costs are at your expense.


5. Right of withdrawal

This section applies to customers residing in the European Union and the EEA (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein).

For any distance purchase, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of your order, in accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

To exercise it, use our online withdrawal form or send us a written declaration to info@marielouise-paris.com. You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email.

You then have 14 days to return the item. Return shipping costs are at your expense. In case of withdrawal, the refund covers all sums paid, including initial delivery costs, to your original payment method, under the verification conditions described in section 4.

United Kingdom:  in  application of the Consumer Contracts  Regulations 2013, customers residing in the United Kingdom also  benefit from an equivalent  14-day cancellation right. To exercise it, please  contact us directly by email at  info@marielouise-paris.com  (the online form is not available for the  United Kingdom).


Gift items and promo codes

  • Gifted items must be returned for a full refund. By default, the value of the gifted item will be deducted from your refund.
  • Free gifts with promo codes are subject to minimum purchase conditions.
  • In the case of a bundled offer (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free), the partial return of an item in the offer cancels the offer: the item kept reverts to its original price, and the difference is deducted from the refund.
  • If you are unsure whether you need to return your gift, contact our customer service.

Exceptions

  • For hygiene reasons, unsealed underwear and gift cards are not eligible for return.

"Final Sale" Items 

To facilitate the sale of our previous collections in a more sustainable approach, some items are offered at reduced prices (between -40% and -60%) and identified by the mention "Final Sale."

As these items are intended to find their definitive buyer, we seek to limit returns, which are costly both logistically and ecologically. If a Final Sale item does not suit you, we primarily offer a credit note or an exchange, which we are happy to process.

Your legal right of withdrawal of 14 days remains applicable, of course (section 5). We simply invite you, as much as possible, to carefully check your choice before ordering these items, a gesture that helps us maintain these prices while reducing our footprint. Thank you for your understanding.

US customers: "Final Sale" items are final sales, neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Return procedure

  1. Confirm the return by email to info@marielouise-paris.com.
  2. You will receive the return address by email. Do not send to the head office or the "sender" address on your package.
  3. Return the order in its original condition and packaging, including your order number.
  4. Choose a shipping method with tracking.

Processing returns

  • For exchanges and credit notes, the  request and return of the item (if  necessary) must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns are processed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt.

Note

  • Insure your package when shipping. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • If we take up to 48 hours to respond, this delay will be taken into account for your refund, as long as the return conditions are met.
