“A soft, seamless bra? With my chest, that won't hold anything.” We get it: the comfortable bras you've tried were often just a band of fabric, nice for five minutes and useless the moment you move. And the ones that actually held dug into your skin.
The Zen doesn't make you choose. It is made without seams, so nothing rubs and nothing irritates. Its fabric has 25% elastane and a lot of stretch: it adapts to your body and keeps your chest well supported while you move. The pads are removable, so you keep them in or take them out, whichever you prefer.
What it does, and what it doesn't. Gym, Pilates, yoga, walking, all day long: your chest is held and you move freely. We'd rather be upfront: this is moderate support, not a running bra. For jumping or sprinting, it isn't the right piece.
With a C cup, a D cup or more, it all comes down to size. A bra that's too small flattens your chest instead of holding it, and that's when you spill out. Our bras run small: go by your bust measurement, and if you're between sizes, size up. The quiz below gives you yours in 30 seconds.
