Refund and Exchange Policy - Marie Louise Paris

The marielouise-paris.com online store offers sales based on our excellent designs and proven reliability. Our quality assurance team verifies that ordered products work properly before being packaged and sent, ensuring the quality of our products. However, we advise you to confirm your size carefully before purchasing (a size guide will be displayed below each item).

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, it is easy for you to exchange or refund. Send an email to info@marielouise-paris.com and we will do our best.

Exchanges offered and simplified in Europe:

Do you like your order, but it's too small or too big? We are happy to offer you the opportunity to return your order in exchange for the size that best suits you free of charge.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return or exchange your item.

Refund :

It's very simple, have you ordered sports clothing, an accessory or something else? Send us an email and we will guide you. We will refund you within 14 days after we receive your item. You must pay the return shipping costs and send the original package back to us.

We would like to remind you that return costs are your responsibility and that returns are authorized within 14 days of receipt of the order. No returns after this date will be accepted.

Condition Gift item and promo code.

Any item offered must be returned in the order to obtain a full refund.

By default the value of the item offered will be deducted from your refund.

If you used a promotional code that allowed you to choose a gift with your Marie Louise Paris order, we will charge you €0 for the gift at the time of purchase, however, the gift is subject to the minimum purchase value of the code/condition.

If the minimum purchase value is still reached after redemption, you can keep the gift. If not, please send it back to us.

If you are unsure whether to return your gift, please contact our customer service team.

Exception :

For reasons of hygiene, “underwear” type items are not accepted.

Gift cards are not refundable.

Conditions for returns and exchanges:

• Confirm the return of the package by email.
• The order must be in its original condition (including intact packaging).
• Your order number must be inside the package.
• You must choose a shipping method with tracking.

Returns and exchanges policy:

To qualify for a return, items must be returned to our fulfillment center within 14 days of the delivery date of your original order. No returns after this date will be accepted.

Packaging requirements:

Items received must be unused, in good condition and in their original packaging.

How to make your return or exchange:

1. If you are not satisfied with the products received, please contact our customer service first and email info@marielouise-paris.com for assistance.
2. If you want to exchange, it's easy! Simply let us know the item and size of item you wish to exchange. If you are returning for refund, our accounts department will arrange the refund for you after receiving the returned items.
3. Pack it. Place your items (in their unworn condition) and charge for them in a securely sealed shipping container. (If you have misplaced your invoice, simply go to My Account, click on your order history, select the correct order number and print it).
4. Send it to the address provided by email, affix your printed shipping label to your package (making sure there are no other shipping labels or barcodes on it). Write down the tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Please allow 5 business days for package transit, plus an additional 5-7 business days for processing after receipt at our fulfillment center.
We will send you an email once we have processed your return or exchange.

Please note: We strongly encourage you to insure your package. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages that are not shipped with our label.
We will not refund orders sent after the 14-day withdrawal period.

When you order, you agree to our conditions and therefore cannot dispute them.
